1.      International Forum on Industrialization of button mushroom (Agaricus Bisporus);

The planting of mushrooms in a factory environment is an important development for the edible fungi industry and also the focus of investment. The issue of common concern is the development of a cultivated mushroom industry suitable for rooting in China. The committee for organizing this mushroom day prepared for the event half a year ago. They spent a lot time inviting experienced experts of cultivated mushrooms at home and abroad to present speeches in the event. We deeply believe that the festival for this year will give the industry peers a surprise!

2.      How to make a breakthrough in the planting of edible fungi, upgrade the core competitiveness – marketing, management, and capital operation workshop;

 The concern for the “Chinese Mushroom days” has been shifting from “How to grow good mushrooms” as was in the past to “How to make good sales of mushrooms” and “efficiency and effectiveness for survival”. Under the theme of “How to grow good mushrooms”, the focus of discussion is how to make good sales of mushrooms and how to solve the problem of survival for the edible fungi industry in China. Only survival can be achieved could development be realized!

3.      Forum on the Rare Edible Mushroom – Industrial Cultivation Exploitation of Biotech – Healthcare Products;

The edible fungi industry of China has been developed for some time. Yet, it is still at the low-end stage and the product portfolio is highly homogenous! In a society of high competition, the edible fungi industry must undergo differentiation for development and withstanding the competition. For the health and sustained development of the industry, it is necessary to give guidance for the positive development of the edible fungi industry. The organization committee has invited renowned experts in edible fungi from other provinces of China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan to share their experience with us on a few rare breeds of fungi, including Grifola frondosa maitake, velvet mushroom, sliver jelly ear, jelly ear, spararris crispa hydrangea fungus, antrodia for planting in factory environment and how to develop the leisure and nutritional products! We are in the process of planning and organizing for these events. We believe that we are capable and confident to give surprise of another kind to our industry peers!

4.      Round Table Discussion on Factory Industry of Lentinus Edodes in factory environment:

Currently, the planting of Lentinus Edoes as an industry in factory environment is the focal concern in the edible fungi industry of China. We specifically invited prominent expert of edible fungi, Professor Huang Yi, to preside over the meeting and give an analysis on the strength and weakness of the incubation of Lentinus Edodes in factor environment in China, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, with opinions from different modes of incubation for sharing! We also explore the most suitable mode of incubation of this fungus in China.

5.      Round Table Discussion on the Comprehensive Circulatory Utilization of Mushroom Dregs:

Currently, the planting of edible fungi in factory environment is highly homogenous and competitive. Industry peers are facing survival problem. The recycle of the waste from the growing media for incubation (mushroom residue), a by-product of the planting of edible fungi in factory environment, is a matter of common concern. In this session, we invited Professor Huang Yi, a prominent expert in the planting of edible fungi in China, and Zhangzhou Edible Fungi Industry Association, to jointly preside over this meeting for exploring the possible recycling of mushroom residue.

6.      Forum on Factory Equipments of Bag Cultivation of Edible Mushrooms:

As we all know, China is a major producer of edible fungi. The boom of the planting of edible fungi in factory environment over the years did not contribute to significant development of incubation in factory environment. Only golden needle mushroom, king trumpet mushroom and crab flavor mushroom, which are about 10% of the total, were incubated in a factory environment while 90% were incubated extensively among the mushroom farmers. The rising labor cost and increasing attention to food safety made the incubation of mushrooms, jelly ear, and silver jelly ear the focus of concern and attention in research and development. However, there is inadequate machinery and equipment for high level of automation, which severely hampered the development of the fungi incubation in factory environment! As such, we specifically invited the manufacturers and suppliers of machinery for automated incubation of fungi in factory environment to introduce us related equipment and new products.
