Organizational Structure
The Association shall establish 19 seats of Governors (5 alternate Governors) and 5 seats of Supervisors (1 alternate supervisor) who shall be elected by the General Meeting. Once elected, the Governors and the Supervisors shall organize into the Board of Governors and Supervisors .
